Refund Policy

This Policy explains when and how you can request a refund of subscription fees paid to PostSmarter. It does not apply to interchange, FX, or third-party banking fees, which are governed by your account agreement.

1. Free trial

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

3. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions can be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of the renewal date, less any usage-based fees incurred.

4. Service failures

If we fail to meet our published SLA, you may be eligible for service credits as described in your enterprise agreement.

5. Disputed transactions

Disputes about specific banking transactions (e.g. unauthorized charges, ACH errors) are handled separately under federal Regulation E and our partner bank's procedures. Contact support@postsmarter.app within 60 days of the statement date.

6. How to request a refund

Email billing@postsmarter.app from your account email with your business name and invoice number. We respond within 5 business days.
