Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited on PostSmarter. It supplements, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited activities

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Transactions involving sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions.
• Unlicensed money services, unlicensed gambling, or pyramid/Ponzi schemes.
• Sale of illegal drugs, weapons, or stolen goods.
• Child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits minors.
• Human trafficking, forced labor, or other human rights violations.
• Intellectual property infringement, counterfeit goods, or piracy.

2. Restricted activities

Some industries require additional review before onboarding (e.g. crypto exchanges, money service businesses, cannabis-related businesses, adult content). Contact compliance@postsmarter.app before signing up.

3. Platform integrity

• No attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overwhelm the service.
• No misrepresenting identity, ownership, or source of funds.
• No bypassing security features, rate limits, or compliance controls.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in transaction reversal, account suspension, account termination, withholding of funds during investigation, and reporting to law enforcement.
